SARCCM
The School of PEMS hosts the
Sino-Australia Research Centre for Coastal Management (SARCCM) website.
DIRPO
The School of PEMS delivers the Defence Ionising Radiation Protection Officer course to Defence Force personnel who are required to fulfil the role of Defence Ionising Radiation Protection Officers in their units. The course is designed to produce personnel competent in the determination of protective requirements for the safe use and handling of radioactive sources in the field or in laboratories.
GIA and Remote Sensing
The School of PEMS delivers the Principles of Geographic Information Analysis and Remote Sensing course which deals with the concepts and principles of remote sensing and geographic information analysis and is designed to provide students from diverse backgrounds with a theoretical basis in spatial phenomena and an understanding of data processing and analysis techniques.
RFRSO
The Schools of PEMS and SEIT deliver the Radio Frequency Radiation Safety Officer course to Defence Force personnel. The RFRSO course covers the principles and practice of radio frequency radiation safety and radio frequency radiation safety measurements.
